Slice Portobello Mushrooms
Cut the portobello mushrooms into thick slices.

Fry Mushrooms
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden and nicely browned. Season with a little salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

Pat the beef dry with kitchen paper and season with salt and pepper.
